The new premises for Addleshaw Goddard based in the newly constructed Sovereign Square in Leeds, provides a modern and spacious environment for
its 461 Leeds based staff. AG occupies three and a half of the five available floors within this Grade A building allowing the staff to work in an open plan, dynamic work space. The development is close to the train station and is set within a back drop of beautiful landscaped gardens.

Project overview

GDL provided the fixed blade swirl diffusers, the circular faced swirl diffusers and the steel air valves at the newly constructed Addleshaw Goddard offices
at Sovereign Square, Leeds. The plot had previously been a council owned
car park but its regeneration has validated its significance as part of the Leeds bustling business sector.
